Naveed Qadir

Founder and software engineer

Hi, I'm Naveed Qadir, a software engineer who builds web and mobile applications. I focus on practical solutions that make everyday tasks easier to understand and complete.

I built LetterForgeUSA around a practical gap between finding a sample letter and being ready to send one. A renter may have a deposit statement and photographs but struggle to explain which charge they dispute. Someone moving out may know the day they want to leave without knowing whether they need a notice or a request for an agreement. A landlord sending a routine rent reminder needs wording that does not accidentally turn into an eviction threat.

The housing resources linked on this page show why those details matter: lease type, written records, forwarding addresses and delivery steps can change what a person needs to check. I designed the tools around that work. Straightforward questions organize the facts into a draft, and the review step separates what the user entered from the local requirements still needing attention.

You can use LetterForgeUSA to prepare a security-deposit request, write a tenant move-out notice, propose an agreed early lease ending, send an ordinary rent reminder or describe a tenancy in a rental reference. Supporting guides help organize repair requests, disputed deductions and delivery records. The eSign tool lets you add a visible signature to a PDF on your device.

I'm a software engineer, not an attorney. LetterForgeUSA provides drafting tools and general information. If a situation involves a disputed deadline, possible eviction, disability-related accommodation or another question about your rights, qualified local help may be needed.

My role is to build useful software and explain its limits clearly. I do not claim personal experience of every housing problem described here. If a question is confusing, an export fails or a source has changed, please use the contact page. A specific report helps me improve the next step for the person using the tool.

The problems the tools are designed to help with

Public housing guidance describes several distinct tasks that a blank template can leave to the reader. The Texas State Law Library separates ending a lease from requesting repairs, and its deposit-refund guidance explains the importance of a written forwarding address. These resources inform the product's questions; they do not establish nationwide rules.

  • Choosing the right document. The letter finder starts with what you need to do and shows the tool's coverage before you enter personal details.
  • Turning records into a clear request. The deduction-dispute guide helps separate amounts, explanations and supporting evidence.
  • Remembering the steps after writing. The move-out checklist connects the letter with delivery, inspection, keys and a forwarding address.
  • Keeping personal documents private. Drafting and PDF signing happen in your browser, with no account needed and no document upload to LetterForgeUSA.

LetterForgeUSA is the product name used on usalegalletter.site. Naveed Qadir operates the site and can be reached at usalegalletter@gmail.com. Please send page addresses and product feedback, rather than confidential legal documents.

How the site is built

  • A static site. Every public page is generated ahead of time and served as plain HTML. There is no account, no login and no online document storage.
  • Deterministic templates. Each tool is a fixed template with a set of plain questions. Your answers fill the template, and the review step lists what to check before you send it. No artificial intelligence writes the text, and a statutory statement appears only when a checked rule exists for your state and situation.
  • Letters stay in the browser. The editor runs in an isolated frame on your device. Names, addresses, amounts and the generated text are never sent to our servers, placed in web addresses or included in analytics. The privacy policy describes what ordinary hosting, optional analytics and advertising do collect.
  • A sources ledger. The ledger records official sources used for coverage notes, including a check date where verification is recorded. Rules carry a status and review information. The sources and coverage page lists all of them, and the editorial policy explains the review process. Editorial source checks are separate from professional legal review.

How to report an error

If a step is confusing, a fact is wrong, a source has changed or a page does not work with your assistive technology, please say so through the contact page. Include the page address and what you expected, and leave out any letter details. Corrections that affect a rule or a source are recorded with the date they were made, as described in the editorial policy.
