What to contact us about
- A confusing step. A question in a tool that is unclear, a label that does not match what happens, or a review note that does not make sense.
- A factual error. Something a page says about a letter, a state or a process that you believe is wrong.
- A source correction. An official page that has moved, changed or been withdrawn, or a rule on the sources and coverage page that no longer matches its source.
- An accessibility issue. Anything that does not work with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology. The accessibility statement lists what is already known.
- A privacy request. A question about the privacy policy, analytics or advertising preferences. Letter details never reach our servers, so there is no stored letter to retrieve or delete.
What to include
- The address of the page you were on (for example, /tools/late-rent-reminder/).
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- For a source correction, the official page you are referring to.
- For an accessibility issue, the browser and assistive technology you were using.
Do not send letter details or documents
Please do not include names, addresses, amounts, the text of a letter, a lease, a notice or any other personal document. We cannot review individual situations, and the tools are designed so that letter details stay in your browser.
How to reach us
Write to usalegalletter@gmail.com . A short subject line that names the page you are writing about helps.
What to expect
Messages are read by the founder; there is no support team and no promised response time. Reports of factual errors and source changes are checked against the official source before a page is changed, and corrections are dated as described in the editorial policy.
LetterForgeUSA provides document drafting tools and general information, not legal advice, and cannot answer questions about your own case. If your situation involves a disputed deadline, a possible eviction or a disability-related accommodation, qualified local help may be needed.
